Love, love , love the new set up. I like that we can get rewards for laying out rent on time. I like the added security sets it takes to log into my account. Makes me feel like my account info is protected.

I love my apt but isn’t as well maintained outside as it used to be. The floor plan and closet space is really good. Too many unleashed pets and too much dog poop everywhere.

This is a good 1st apartment for a younger crowd and perfect for transplants as everything you’ll need is close. Freeway, hospital, grocery store entertainment property is easily accessible. Admin and maintenance are friendly and do what they can to keep this place afloat. Between the age and tight purse strings the owners have on this property, you’ll find it a bit hard to get true results for repairs n whatnot. instead you’ll get a bunch of band-aids.
