The Courtyard at Cordova Apartments offer a wonderful living experience. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, always making sure residents feel cared for. Malanii Millender at the front desk was amazing with helping us find the perfect place for us! The community is clean, and the apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable. It’s a great place to call home if you value both friendliness and quality living.

I Loved to be here
I’ve had a great experience living at Courtyard Apartments! The community is always clean, well maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Malani and Branan are very professional, friendly, and truly cares about the residents. They are always responsive and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance team handles requests quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference. The property itself creates a comfortable place to call home. The location is also... very convenient, with walking distance to shopping, dining, and everything you need nearby. The overall environment is peaceful and enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend Courtyard Apartments to anyone looking for an affordable, well-managed, and comfortable place to live!

It's cheap for a reason
1. Roach problem, starting day 1 you will see them 2. Not uncommon for things to be broken. Half the washers and dryers in the laundry room won't work half the time. Fridge went out twice within a month 3. Lack of hot water. Water will be hot for maybe 10 minutes if you're lucky. Get used to cold showers

2 months w/broken dishwasher
They say they will fix it but they replaced it with a filthy broken one that they didn't even put all the way in the hole. First time I opened it screws fell out. Then there was this stench and I saw old dishwashing liquid poured and crusted down the panel. It has been two months.
I have had multiple issues since moving in here. When I leave, I will have much .ore to say

Unprofessional, rude, and the buildng looks run down. Run far away from this one.
