I am still waiting on a full refund. I was initially told it would take 15 business days to receive my refund, then that timeframe was extended to 30 days. We are now well beyond 30 days, and I still have not received my money. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this, including requests to speak with corporate and leave numerous voicemails, but I have no response.
The communication is not existing, the process feels dis organized, and overall, the experience has been incredibly... disappointing. It also raises concerns about how applications are being handled, especially given that this is one of the more affordable new construction properties in Pensacola, currently offering promotions, but still struggling to fail units.
At this point, I would not recommend applying here unless you’re prepared for delays, poor communication, and potential issues with getting your money back.
