I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. Akira Peaks is hands down the BEST leasing consultant and representative I have ever worked with in the United States. I have lived in 6–7 different apartments and communities across the country over the last 10 years, and no one has come even close to the level of professionalism, patience, kindness, and dedication that Akira showed throughout my apartment search.

She spent nearly 4 to 6 hours with me, patiently walking me through... the entire community, showing me every amenity in detail, explaining all the features, and making sure I was completely comfortable and informed before making a decision. She gave me her full attention the entire time and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me the most was how genuinely caring and knowledgeable she was. I am still waiting on a full refund. I was initially told it would take 15 business days to receive my refund, then that timeframe was extended to 30 days. We are now well beyond 30 days, and I still have not received my money. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this, including requests to speak with corporate and leave numerous voicemails, but I have no response.

The communication is not existing, the process feels dis organized, and overall, the experience has been incredibly... disappointing. It also raises concerns about how applications are being handled, especially given that this is one of the more affordable new construction properties in Pensacola, currently offering promotions, but still struggling to fail units.

At this point, I would not recommend applying here unless you’re prepared for delays, poor communication, and potential issues with getting your money back. Read More
