Love this townhome and that it has an attached garage! The community is great for walking. The office team, especially Rasharious are so helpful.

Had a great tour and the staff is friendly. I didn’t feel like a stranger, would’ve moved here if not for the gym.

My Finance and I had reserved an apartment here with a move in date of October 21st. We paid the security deposit, application fees, and administration fees. 3 weeks before our move in date, we get an email saying that there was an “issue” with construction and our move in date is now Dec. 31st. Being that I am from out of state, I had already put in my two weeks for my current job and listed Nov. 1st as my start date for my new job. On top of this, I gave my current landlord my one month notice... , and he has already found a new tenant for Nov. 1st. After talking to management, our options were move into a more expensive apartment on Nov. 21st or wait till Dec. 31st because no more are available. Horribly managed company.
