So far great. However, the gate entrance is a little much as we did not get get our decals for our cars yet as it is pending to be giving to us

I truly love living at Pembroke Landings. The office staff is great. They take care of my request immediately. My Son love the pool. I especially love how the complex continously strive to improve the valet Trash.
