Featuring bright and airy 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The property is enveloped in massive live oaks and mature palms, and situated on a prominent bluff overlooking the Massalina shoreline. Each unit is closely situated to a huge community swimming pool and marina with available, easily-accessible boat slips - So bring along your vessel! We are a pet friendly community as well, so your furry friends are welcomed here. Water, garbage removal, and pest control are all included in your rent! No washer/dryer hookups but laundry facility is on site. We require a clean background, no evictions, and a credit score no less than 600. Income should be 2.5 times the monthly rent.
