Todd Tiny Eric are the best maintenance crew!!! The Enclave has absolutely the best maintenance in the world you submit any kind or work order and within minutes they’re here to fix! And they fix it right! Also, very friendly and very professional

This is a quiet and well cared for property. Maintenance is efficient, thorough and take care of issues quickly and with quality care, especially Mark. The office staff is kind and caring. All staff goes above and beyond!!!

Been here for 2 years,always paid my rent on time and haven't had AC for close to 2 months, maintenance will lie to you face about getting it fixed and management could care less.Signing a contract(lease) works only one way I guess.

Pros:
Apartment homes are very well kept & renovated to keep up.
Maintenance is SUPER prompt
Amenities are always in top shape (pool/gym)
Tons of events & giveaways for everyone
Staff is very friendly & they do an excellent job keeping up their Facebook page for reminders and alerts of events
Access to sister properties is a huge plus for when they close for maintenance
Oh and they’re super pet friendly!
Cons:
Ducks may be cute- but they poop everywhere!
Dog park is often left unattended and... grass gets too long
One parking/apartment too few visitor parking spots is often a big inconvenience
Overall- best apartments ever! And the price is a huge plus since most other properties are “new” and charge way too much.
