I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Place at Grand Lagoon! The community is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the amenities are always enjoyable. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office team always goes above and beyond to help.
The location is perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. I love the atmosphere here and would... absolutely recommend The Place at Grand Lagoon to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

Grand Lagoon
Moved from Georgia to Panama City Beach for a job at the port. Living here honestly has been an overall solid experience. The location is hard to beat - close to beach and easy to get to Panama City. Best of both worlds. I love the large space convenient washer and dryer in unit, and super pet friendly. Very happy here.

Wonderful place to live
Great amenities! The pool is kept in spectacular condition and the community is trash free! I love living here, the people in the office are warm and welcoming and maintenance is quick and prompt with work orders!

Awesome apartment
I love living here, the rooms are nice and spacious and great family environment. Play ground for the kids. The staff is warm and friendly and you’re always greeted with a smile. The gym and pool is awesome. ????

Love living here
Perfect size for me, everyone is very friendly and always helpful.
