Sea Sound is a great community to live. Tito and the maintenance crew are diligent and professional. They have made pals with my dog and feels very comfortable around them. Great amenities and friendly staff make it feel like home!

When you can't sleep and listening to a full conversation through these things walls. When kids running and screaming at 4am, when you have a car repair shop in the car wash, when you run from the parking lot instead of walk because you're afraid. This is the place for that but yet staff is amazing. What good is that when you can't sleep. Sanity is gone.

I highly recommend you don’t rent from Sea Sound Apartments! Posted signs everywhere saying no smoking but there is nothing but smoking. Strong odors of marijuana and cigarettes have been observed during our
Tenancy here. We also caught their very own maintenance supervisor, smoking something outside of our door on our ring camera. Shopping carts left around the property. Had roaches in our unit as well even though we cleaned every week and our apartment was spotless! Also very noisy, you can... hear through the walls / ceilings very well! Also trash piles up frequently looks so trashy near the dumpster area had to step over broken glass just to throw trash away.

Phenomenal amenities and such friendly staff! I greatly appreciate Desiree for always being so helpful and compassionate, she’s a great asset to the staff. The property is conveniently located minutes from the beach and shopping areas too, such a hidden GEM!
