Plumbing issues , horrible customer service, do not keep up with lanscape , loud kids running everywhere
The condo association do not work properly to solve issues. I had plumbing problems in building 3321 for more than a year . Association met I decided pipes needed to be replaced, but at this time NOTHING had been done. The pipes for Apt 102 in building 3321 had backed up on the tub more than 5 times . All they do is call a plumbing company to unclog the pipes. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I AM MOVING OUT . ALSO, RUDE KIDS ARE DOING WHAEVER THEY WANT AROUND THE BUILDINGS .... PARENTS DO NOT CARE !!!!

Will not contact you
I have been calling for a week and driving to the gate. I have read bad reviews about this too, not getting a hold of anyone. I can understand if you're out on property, but after days of not getting back? I used to live here before actually probably 15 years ago and had many issues including rats. I thought maybe things had changed and would love to move back. No luck getting in contact with anyone.

Horrible lack of Customer Service: Rude and Inattentive
I am in the process of relocating from Colorado to Palm Harbor, FL. I have called the office of Bentley Cobb's Landing apartments, attempting to get info on their apartments; to no avail. They NEVER answer the phone (so probably don't even take care of their residents, let alone prospective residents). I have left FOUR very polite voice mails, beginning in Sept. of 2016, then again on 10/1/16, again on 10/6/16, and on 10/10/16. They also have some good AND bad reviews; I can certainly see why! I... wouldn't move here if they paid me to move here, at this point. SHAME ON THE OFFICE PERSONNEL; YOU'RE RUDE AND INCOMPETENT.
