Eight folding chairs, One folding table, One wood table with two wood benches. Two recliners. All stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. Cookware and Utensils. Quiet area but close to shopping, beach, Golf course and highway. 1 hour to Jacksonville (JAX) and 1.5 hour driving to Orlando airport (MCO). Close to everywhere but far from flood. Renters need to take care of garbage and recycling schedule (roll out and roll back the cans). Pets are case by case with additional fee per stay, service animal has exceptions. All occupants must fill out an application form in pdf and must be on lease. All adult occupants have to do background check.

Long term (longer than 6 month) lease only. High Speed Internet is included. All other utilities (water, sewer, electricity, lawn) will be charged to tenants. Utility/rent will be prorated to day. Prorated utility could be estimated if bills not coming out. Tenants need to pay utilities, cut the lawn or pay the lawn cutter. Any fine regarding the lawn will be passed to tenants. Other terms are negotiable.

Cleaning fee: $250
Pet fee: $300 pet fee is required to cover additional deep cleaning, carpet shampoo, hair/odor/yard droppings removal.
