Its really poor living here..The washing machine has not been working since the day we have moved in...after creating maintenance request and multiple visits to the leasing office, the situation remains to be worse. We have clothes piled up and everyday we are said tomorrow the machine would be fixed but the day never seems to come.. Highly disappointed and frustrated now.

Only reason I gave 2 stars is the location, and to be honest not sure it deserves 2 stars.
Buildings are so old and not maintained, and the property is even worse. Always trash throughout the grounds. Overgrown grass/weeds
No one who has lived here will give 5 stars, those reviews are so fake it's comical!
Change property managers yearly if not more frequent
All they want is your $$$ and put nothing back into the property

I've lived here for 1yr, and that year wasn't peaches and cream. My 2nd month my kitchen sink clogged up, bathroom toilet clogged up and it took them almost 3wks to fix the issue. When I toured the apartments, I was told that it’s a quiet neighborhood and parking is always available, that was a lie. The neighborhood is quite which I do enjoy, but when it comes to parking its first come first serve. There have been nights that I get home 8pm from work and instead of parking in front of my... building I have to park 2-4 buildings down. I'm already tired from work and now I had to walk a mile just to get home makes no sense. My washing machine isn't working, I put in a work order for that tomorrow will be a month since I put that work order in and no one has yet come to replace my washing machine or try to fix it. I've called, I've went to the office to speak to someone and all they tell me is staffing is short, and they will get to me next week. Well, it’s been almost four next weeks and still nothing. Don't waste your time. I am a current resident and they charge ridiculous pricing for a below average apartment. We moved in and our bedroom was flooded, they told us that the carpet was new and tried to not even replace it which we had to fight for new carpet. The communication between all the staff is extremely unprofessional. They charge random fees when they state you qualify for a free month. For how much rent is for a 1 bedroom apartment, does not live up the expectations at all.
