The accommodations and amenities are good, but management cannot be trusted. They offered a lease renewal rate, we accepted, and then they refused to honor it. I’ve been trying to resolve this for weeks with no returned phone calls or messages.

Northgate Lakes is a genuinely beautiful place and the amenities offered in the clubhouse plus the proximity to campus make it a great location to lease in. However, the invasiveness of the maintenance, carelessness of management, and my overall experience make me recommend looking otherwhere for housing

I love Northgate Lakes. Very easy to get to UCF without having to get on Alafaya - two swimming pools - lots of activities! A great place to live!

The staff here is helpful. The rent is reasonable. The rooms are kind of small. I love the fact that my window faces a pond and I can hear the fountain. The neighbors are nice but there are a lot of "bros" and "basics" here. Although that's just a good chunk of the UCF population anyway. It's fairly quiet for college apartments. And the apartment always have little perks with parties and food.
