Dirty buildings, common spaces in constant maintenance, noisy neighbors, a management team that ignores its own rules and rental promises, theft of vehicle parts, dangerous areas outside due to leaks or humidity, excess of unregistered vehicles, cockroaches in the apartments, arbitrary schedules and days of garbage collection and rules that apply to punish those who demand dignified treatment and in accordance with the contract.
