I lived at University Apartments for five years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s right in front of UCF, where I completed both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees while living here. There are plenty of amazing food options in the area, and parking was never an issue, which is rare for Orlando.
The price was very affordable, the bedroom was spacious, and the full apartment layout offered far more room than I expected. The website truly doesn’t... do these units justice — they’re even better in person.
The maintenance team deserves major appreciation. During my first week, my toilet was flushing slowly, and they arrived three minutes after I called. I was shocked, especially since my previous apartment took days to respond to brown water. It was a huge relief to have even small issues addressed so quickly here.
The management team is equally impressive. They foster a real sense of community, stay professional, keep residents updated on local events, and even help residents access free goods, free food, or opportunities to sell items and services. Their involvement genuinely makes the complex feel cared for.
The only reason I moved out is because my family simply outgrew the space. If not for that, I would have stayed without hesitation. I highly recommend University Apartments to anyone seeking a dependable, comfortable, and well-managed community near UCF.

Very Smooth!!
Since move-in in 2024, everything has been smooth and well-managed. The location is very practical — within walking distance to UCF and close to shopping options like Walmart and other stores. The premises are clean and consistently well-maintained.
Maintenance staff are timely, dependable, and handle issues smoothly. Management is responsive, professional, and always willing to explain things clearly. The community is pet-friendly with fair, considerate policies, and the parking space is... generally sufficient. Overall, it’s been a positive and comfortable living experience.

Wonderful Place to Call Home – 6 Years of Great Experience
I spent six memorable years at University Apartment with my family, and I can confidently say it was one of the best living experiences we've had. From day one, the management and maintenance teams were exceptional—always responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. The manager and his team go above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and supported, and their availability whenever we needed help was truly reassuring.
The apartment complex offers shaded parking, which was a big... plus, especially during the hot summers. Located in a very safe and peaceful area, we always felt secure, which made a huge difference for us as a family. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and ideal for long-term living.
If you're looking for a place that feels like home with excellent service and a caring team behind it, I highly recommend University Apartment. We’re leaving with only good memories and heartfelt gratitude!

Well maintained Apartments with Professional staff
I strongly feel that one of the best and prudent decisions I took was to prefer University Apartments when I moved with family to Orlando in October last year.
I started searching for a suitable accommodation near UCF and I called the office at University Apartments and the staff were very cooperative. After I spoke with Mr. Eshrak, Manager of University Apartments and I was very pleased with his positive and helpful attitude. He was so cooperative that when I arrived in Orlando along with... family he himself was physically there in the office on a weekend late evening to handover the key and even advised not to waste my money by staying in the hotel for 2 weekend nights. He was such a gentleman. It is very difficult to find such understanding and empathetic managers in today's world.
He and his staff are very prompt and always available in attending to solve any issues and problems very professionally with a human touch. His level of understanding and ability to patiently listen to the problems and the way he resolves is really outstanding !!!.
I strongly recommend University Apartments and feel very happy and contented with every aspect of our stay and thank you Mr. Eshrak and his team and wish you all the best !!!

Fantastic experience as a resident of University Apartments!
Being a resident of University Apartments has been truly a wonderful experience so far. I am very thankful to Eshrak for welcoming me and my family when we first came to Orlando when we didn't know enough about the locality. We appreciate his prompt responses in addressing concerns from the residents, which made living at University Apartments enjoyable. I am also very impressed by the agility of the maintenance team in fixing issues. I am amazed by the general cleanliness and peace in this part... of Orlando!
