The staff is rude, apartments are poor quality. amenities are always closed. they now charge for guest parking as well as reserving special preferred spots for extra money. Trashy people ruining all the amenities constantly (when they are even open which is rare). Cannot wait to move out. Do not move here you have been warned. No security, completely open, theft is a problem. Man just arrested for running around with butcher knife. False advertising, no gates, property manager is a complete bully. All the great amenities they show you don’t ever work. Not luxury living at all! They only care about the sale, once moved in it is a joke and property manager has no idea what she is doing. Pool has way too many chemicals. They want to enter and impede on your apartment constantly, no privacy.
