I was about to not post this until after spending hours of cleaning upon move out the complex had the audacity to still withhold money from my security deposit for cleaning, when there was nothing outside the realm of unusual wear and tear. Not sure how the complex manages to call itself luxury. Everything is constantly broken and many incidents of crime in the building. The complex sent out a notice to everyone that kids were breaking into apartments and they provided no follow ups. I’ve had... packages stolen multiple times and the property manager acted like it’s a normal thing with no desire to escalate. Despite all these issues they actively choose not to have cameras throughout the building. Just to get on I4 alone can take 10 minutes. There was a time where me and my girlfriend were locked inside our apartment and maintenance had to break down the door. The mechanical lock in our door broke not too long after we moved in, and since there is no physical key, the porches are screened in, and the unit is elevated there was no way out. There were multiple fire alarms weeks beforehand so it became a concern if something were to happen. On top of all this our apartment flooded 6 times due to a drainage issue with the water line on the washing machine. It would flood without us even using it. Each time I reached out to management but I never received contact from them. I don’t think the property manager actually walks through the property to see what needs to be fixed or maintained. Workers came to paint the buildings and when they were finished there was trash everywhere. No quality control or review happens with these big projects. This place is a hot mess. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are nice but it’s definitely overpriced. The elevators haven’t worked for over 3 months, and although it’s a nice area, the complex is not safe. Hot mess, hot mess, hot mess…. Run. But at least there’s no bugs, so they get one star.

There are older people who live here, also older pets. Poor Dakota. That have to use the stairs every day. Yet they won't own up to it as an emergency and get another elevator company. Parking garage gates another issue. Should get a reduction in rent rather than raise it

This is an amazing community set in the perfect spot. I have been here two years and I love it here. The staff is fun, professional, and easy to talk to. The amenities are great. This is the top community in Orlando!

I was one of the first residents when this property opened. The original owners and staff were amazing. 3 months after selling to Northland, the property started its decline. The garage has been broken more times than I can count. At times, I had to park outside the complex. For reference, one morning I could not get back into the garage, I was lucky enough to find an agent in the office and advising them, the response I got was to keep entering my code and waiting 10-15 mins. When I explained I... had already waited for 10-15 prior to coming to the office, she shrugged her should and said to park outside and walk in as she saw I was physically fit. The office never sticks to its hours; it is either closed prior to the hours listed, Opened late, and or just not open at all. The hallways have not been cleaned in over a yr since Northland has taken ownership with the exception of the first floor where the models are located. They have stopped caring and treating the common area which is nightmare bc I have to worry about fleas and ticks attacking my dog. The Elevator connected to the garage is typically down for service once a month. Its been a fun game if it will work that day or not. Overall, after years of calling this place home, I will not be resigning. The level of disregard for residents and the overall upkeep of this complex leaves me speechless.
