I have been here for 4 years and just renewed my lease. The office staff makes sure to help with questions and/or concerns. The complex is very quiet and well maintained. Security is constantly making their rounds. The buildings are washed and garbage is always taken down. The elementary school is behind the complex and the school bus picks up middle and high school students right in front of the complex. You can find all you need within walking distance ex. supermarket, walk-in clinic, gas... station, hair cuttery, shoe store, dollar store, restaurants and more. The complex has many amenities including bowling alleys, sauna, Jacuzzi, three pools, club house, basket ball, playground and dog park among others. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

Tropical Paradise Resort Style
When you think of home you think of a place of serenity so you can unwind from a long day of work or entertain family and friends ! My condo is just that it's located in the heart of Orlando and close to everything you can imagine from multiple malls and shopping to Disney and 5 minutes Universal Studios! Along with this it's conveniently located next to all major highways for easy travel. Whether I want to relax on my screened in Lanai with tropical views of palm trees or I want to go for a... Swim, sit in the Jacuzzi, play a little pool or bowl in our 2 lane alley or even play a little volleyball in the sand. My place has it all, want to have an early workout and then relax in the sauna or steam room to begin your day then this is the perfect place!
