The only positive thing I can say about this community is its distance from the UCF campus. The homlessness problem , the fact that I have dozens of unresolved noise complaints and the overall incompetency of management has made my stress go up over the years. All the staff are students and somehow they’re more competent than management. They charged me $30 for a trash bag because I forgot a towel in the dryer and when I asked for an appeal, they said no because they used a trash bag. I... personally don’t know any trash bag that cost $30 also my last 4 to 5 months living there they intentionally dormed me with someone who they knew was known to cause issues with the staff in the property and previous tenants. if you care about mental peace rent there at your own risk.

Nice community with pretty nice renovated apartments. Good distance from campus too! Rent isn’t too bad for the area! Feels worth it. Maintenance is super quick to respond to any issues you have too.

Great location and maintenance team. Rent is high for what you get. I would like more events and food trucks to show up here. Parking as a guest is very hard because people who don’t pay for a spot take it all up.

The apartments are nice compared to other UCF apartments but the amount in rent does not match the square footage you are receiving. Maintenance responds to requests fast and the walls are fairly thin.
