Hello, most apartment communities in Florida require a 60-day notice to vacate. At our community, we send multiple reminders beginning 90 days before the lease ends to ensure residents are well-informed of this requirement. I'm sorry to hear about... your concerns regarding water quality. This issue had not been previously reported, and I did not find any work orders submitted for your apartment. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to investigate and address any concerns you had.

Worst place to live
Worst place to live, from an abundance of roaches to trash everywhere it’s horrible. The staff is very unprofessional and ugly. If I could just leave I would but I highly wouldn’t recommend this area for anyone even my worst enemy. Please do deeper research on this apartment complex.
