No Communication
It was great at first but over the past 2yrs they became horrible with communicating with us whether it's about rent increase or anything else. And if you want someone to come to your apartment because of an issue you better plan it in a week in advance cause they won't get to you until it's pass like 4-7 days! Everyone walks around with their dogs unleash and we have people who gotten their cars and apartments broken in to. Don't even rely on the security cause they'll fight with you and the... gate breaks more times than it opens.
