When I walked into my apartment for the first time, it was absolutely spotless and move-in ready — everything was perfect. You can tell the team takes great pride in maintaining the property.

They lied about ongoing construction noise when I moved in.
The walls are so thin that the noise from the road is functionally the same as if I just lived outside.
The past several months they've charged me a lease violation fee for no reason seemingly just to see if I would come dispute it.
The washer and drier barely work.
The thermostat breaks constantly.
The lighting is atrocious.
Many of the outlets don't work, or are entirely fake.
The drawers are incredibly shoddy, especially in the... bathroom.
The water smells and tastes very strange.
A large number of parking spaces are reserved for commercial properties that don't exist.
They will spam your inbox with constant promotions for food trucks, cleaning services, and other nonsense so you're basically paying to be advertised to. Read More

The whole process was great. I came in Wednesday for a tour & moved in the following Sunday. Mari the Assistant Manager and Lauren we're awesome. They answered any and every question I had and helped out a lot with the process to make it a smooth move-in for me. Thanks Leasing Team you guys are the best!!!

Its well maintained with new appliances and friendly people that create a great environment to live. It is also fairly secure with automatic gates for your vehicle and key pad access to the doors and elevators.

I really like this community, the personnel from the leasing office is really helpful, many community events are organized all the time and I love my apartment layout!
