My wife and I was communicated to effectively from applying to moving in to the apartment. The ladies in the office was extraordinary. The customer service was one of the best I seen even at closing they held the apartment banner high . We received everything we were assured when we move in. If i could rate this apartment complex less than 1 stars i would. First, my boyfriend and i moved in in September. When he walked into the place it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There were dead bugs everywhere and hair in the fridge. It was disgusting. Next, we had multiple neighbors where incidents occurred. One neighbor beat his dog, another his girlfriend, and another neighbor legitimately kicked and pulled on a door until the door knob came off. Also, despite having “security”... anyone can basically come into the apartment complex because the gates are always open/broken and I had to make a police report on a stalker that waited outside my apartment waiting for me to come out. Not to mention, there have been MULTIPLE shootings within the year, one where a pregnant woman was “fatally wounded.” This apartment complex is not safe for anyone. In addition, we have had many issues with the management here. We would put in maintenance requests and they wouldn’t be touched for months, almost until our lease was over. Also, upon moving out, we cleaned the apartment and took very well care of it. However, the current management decided to take our entire security deposit and charge an extra $140 for normal wear and tear things. However, there is no way to dispute the charges when we tried to. What is stopping this apartment from taking everyone’s security deposit plus more if there’s no way to dispute it? It was absolutely ridiculous. I'm a resident here and we have had murders and shooting here, and I almost here gunshots on a regular basis and have sent several emails to management about getting security here on a regular basis ,only to fall on deaf hears. I'm afraid for my life everytime come home. Recently we just had a drive by shooting 9/16/22 and still no security I've seen.

The maintenance team is very effective, and the leasing agents Mr. Harris and Noraida were always there to help me.
