-Apartment condition.
The condition of the apartment started to fall apart FAST, due to the lack of foundation on the floors, please expect your floors to shake, and from other accounts collapse. Some units come with tubs, SOME DO NOT. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS. There's also a HORRID amount of mold, you will smell it, you will be exposed to it and there will be moisture trapped BEHIND your paint. The structure around the apart is also extremely weak and fragile and there have been cases were... I've seen units ruined and then fixed with "patch up" jobs. If you're lucky, you'll receive an ac unit with "circulation" connecting to your room with a fast wood job, but you have to hope you have to have a good ac unit, if not you'll end up like we have and go through your SIXTH UNIT at this moment, is extremely loud were you can not sleep.

- INFESTATIONS.
You will get roaches. Of ALL sizes. You can have pest control come to your unit for almost a whole year, and you will still get infestations. You WILL have ants, spiders, roaches, palmetto bugs, and gnats. You could keep your unit as clean as possible, you will still get them because of how the apartment is made, and the cracks that let them all in. Fumigation isn't free, nope. They expect YOU to pay for it if it's that bad. ( $90 btw :) ) don't be surprised if they also tell you it's your fault that the bugs are coming in and blaming it on the cleanliness of the apartment. So please be prepared if you want to deal with bugs for the amount of time you'll be living here.

-Community.
Typically the neighbors are calm but they will take in ANYONE. We personally had to deal with very problematic people on our end. The walls being so thin, even the quietest neighbors will still be heard on the other side. There have been incidents were cars were broken into, nails were dropped and there are so many regulations on others being around each other. There USED to be active security. The cameras that are outside are not even being actively monitored. Expect to get packages stolen, expect your car if you have a good one to be damaged. No, they will not do anything for you.

- Management.
Don't expect to get into contact with management at all. Instead of direct communication to the one manager, now you're taken to a call center full of people who know nothing about you. Was skeptical after seeing the reviews but theres nothing bad about it. Very quiet complex , good for its price. Been living for about a few months cant complain. There are a few stray cats in the neighborhood but they dont bother anyone they are pretty chill. Would recommend if you are on a budget.

My experience was alright at the start, but my lease was only 9 months long and living there was totally unsafe and a complete inconvenience. For starters, they definitely have a roach and stray cat problem. The ac was always broken and needed fixing (which maintenance will literally come into your house whenever without notice if you submit a work order even if you specify what time you’d like for them to stop by). My floors literally caved in. And get this, when I reported it, apparently this... wasn’t the only apartment with caved in floors and my apartment was neglected until my friend fell through the entire floor at 1am. And then it took them 3 days to screw a huge board over the hole which ended up being a tripping hazard. The landlord refused to compensate me and decided to partially fix the floor without accommodating me so I had no access to my apartment for hours on end and sawdust all over my belongings. Then it’s like oh well let me go and wash my things at the laundry center. Well unfortunately, the laundry center is never opened on time or it’s always closed for maintenance so you don’t even have the convenience of being able to wash your things at this apartment complex. No one will answer the phone, you have to stop by in person to speak to someone. I applied for an apartment weeks ago and was told on Monday 12/27 that I was approved. My original desired move in date was 12/27, no big deal, we agreed to Monday 1/3, which is my next day off. I checked online this morning and still do not have a confirmed address and my move in date was changed to Tuesday, 1/4,…..which is a day after my current lease expires! This place is full of mold. The management sucks and don't answer the phone. Maitenance is Spanish and never fixes anything correctly. I would not recommended this place to my dog and I don't even have a dog. Management is not professional and I wish I could give them zero stars.
