Maintenance Review
We recently moved in and from the moment we met with the entire staff felt welcome. We put in a maintenance request of our icemaker which was immediately fixed by Gregory. We had some other questions and while he was there took care of them immediately. He was friendly and professional. It is a pleasure to live in a community where you feel valued.

Mr. Felix is the Best!!!
From the moment we came to the Property we see like Mr. Felix smile and greets us, like we was already at our home. For that moment we even wasn't planning to rent something this exact day, we was just watching different areas and nice apartments. But with amazing presentation, patience to explain all details and of course great promotions that they have, we not think even more to check other places. And after we already moved to this nice place, we enjoy every small detail like Gym and Pool!... All teamwork and fun they do every time! And again Mr. Felix also there to help with every small detail that so important for us!
