Katherine was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. I relocated from Las Vegas and had a very limited amount of time to find a place, and she truly went above and beyond to help me secure exactly what I was looking for. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and was completely transparent about fees and policies, which I really appreciated.

Be aware. They will charge you at move out for items already damaged when you move in. They are charging me for carpet replacement when the carpet was not in great condition when we moved in, we don’t use shoes in the apartment. Also being charged for the stove top resurfacing when the stove was damaged when we moved in full of white spots and scratches. The activities they hold are done when most people are working. People smoke marijuana in the balconies and it seeps into the apartments. The... gates breakdown constantly and weeks went but with gates damaged. When it came time to renew they increased the rent and when we told them we were not renewing they sent several email saying they won’t raise it if we stay. Very disappointing. My wife and I moved in back in November 24 and it has been great. Jennifer and Katherine are the ones we interact with the most. They are always helpful, kind, and easy to deal with. The apartment is very nice. We have one on the ground level and it has a wrap around patio. They keep the ground up, and are always doing some sort of events. It has been so nice that our kids moved into an apartment in the next building.

This is the worst place to live at. My AC broke down because these people don’t give you access to changing your own AC filter, you don’t have access to checking if your filter needs changing and when it does the AC just shuts down. My AC shut down around 4pm mind you they close at 6pm I put in a ticket because my apartment was 80 degrees inside and I have a 3 month old it was extremely hot. They didn’t responded to our ticket so we proceeded to call them and they responded back with a phone... call after the office was close just to tell us to just open up a window because they were not going to help us out until the next day during they’re business hours. I told them I didn’t wanted to do that because our neighbors smoke weed 24/7 and that smell is no good for my 3 MONTH OLD BABY. And he proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t going to help me because it’s not business hours.

Be aware when applying here, policy are not provided correctly just to take your money for application fees, donations and admin fee when they know you might not qualify due to pet policy made after applications are approved. Lack in communication and looks like the community director don’t know what she’s doing or can’t handle the load work of a new property. This place is not pet friendly at all. Don’t get deceived by these people.
