Lake Nona Landon House is a fantastic place to live! The property is beautiful, and the staff truly cares about residents’ needs. The amenities are excellent, from the fitness center to the community spaces. I’ve had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed community.

Awesome facility
Landon House has been a premier complex for our stay thus far. The location is awesome. The complex is beautiful. It has safe surroundings. The office staff has been attentive. The maintenance crew cares about the grounds. Great job Landon House????

Bad Management
Don't get me wrong I love our apartment. But the Managers are not doing a good job maintaining the building. The Managers also need to work on their people skills. I just wish the quality of the building was like it was on the day we moved in. I hope in the new year we will see a change in the management staff as well as the building.

Falling Apart
This used to be an amazing property. It was kept nice and clean. Now the amenities are falling apart the hallway carpets are torn and dirty. The pool furniture is filthy. The Manager Kim doesn't care at all. Its really sad because we used to love living here. We live on the first floor and see worms all the time inside the building.

Beautiful property
The single best apartment experience of my lifetime. The staff is classy and polite and responsive. The property is gorgeous and the construction is high quality. The infinity pool is gorgeous, as are the added amenities: ping pong tables, hammocks, grill, and putting green. The fitness room is spacious and offers a wide range of equipment. I will have to ask them to add an arc machine. Overall, the property sports high quality fittings. The layouts are smart, efficient and attractive. The... appliances, floor surfaces and available storage are better than any apartment I have seen.
