Rude staff. Once the sign you in an agreement, their hospitality goes out the window. Apartment has mold. They painted over it with white paint. Mold is back worst.

This is an amazing and great looking apartment complex. However, if you have more than 1 vehicle per person in the lease this is not going to be your place.
Meaning if you are on your own you get one parking spot included in your lease. You would think well I have two cars I can rent a garage at $225 to solve this. NOPE. If you pay for a garage you are giving away the right of getting your free spot since the garage becomes the one an only spot for your to park.
The indicated that the have... limited amount of parking. I love the place and is high in my list but this parking limitation may be a deal breaker.
It’s amenities are great, the units as well and the view is gorgeous and it all may deserve a 5 stars. The 3 stars is due to the parking restrictions.

They charge some of the highest rent in Orlando but yet lack the ability to even respond to their residents. Messages get ignored. The doors get stuck so you have to walk in the rain to another entrance and hope it opens. Common area's, gym and amenity Fans and AC are not working most of the time. If there are issues that need to be addressed don't bother reaching out to the office they will not respond. It is a shame to watch such a beautiful community get ignored. Apartments and views are... beautiful. All they need to do is get someone who actually cares about their residents and this might be a 5 star review.
