I’ve been here over 20 years.. Vanessa and Esmeralda are awesome.. The maintenance guys are great too. They have come to fix several issues and they are always friendly and it’s taken care of right away. I also appreciate the fact that it’s convenient living here and safe. .. thank you Hidden Lake

The community is very safe, I've built a relationship over the years with all my neighbors and I really feel happy living here. Parking can be a little tricky sometimes due to me working late night shifts and ill have to park in front of the office but other than that truly is a great quiet place to live. I Recommend to anyone looking for a safe quiet neighborhood (you can fish here too!).

Nice and quiet community, pool and hot tub is great. The lake view is beautiful. Also a gym and basketball court! Vanessa and Esmeralda are really nice and genuine people. Maintenance team is quick to help when needed. Also near everything such as universal, the mall, I-Drive etc!

I've lived here for 3 years and I can say it's been a great experience. The maintenance team is fast, professional, and always takes care of requests. The leasing office staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. The complex is consistently clean and well kept. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a calm place.

I must admit I was surprised by some of the negative comments on here ...
I’ve been happy to call this community home for the past year and a half. It’s affordable, clean, quiet, dog-friendly, and tucked away from the main road, which creates a peaceful and safe feeling. The staff truly makes a difference—Vanessa and Esmeralda are always welcoming, helpful, and professional. Any minor maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been addressed promptly as well. I would absolutely recommend this... community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed new rental home
