I lived at Eden Ruby Lake for a year, and I absolutely loved it! This community played a big role in making me fall in love with Orlando its location is unbeatable, and everything you need is close by.
The staff at the property is amazing from top to bottom. They genuinely care about the residents and the community, and it really shows in the way the place is run. A special shoutout to Genesis Blanco she was incredibly helpful both when I moved in and when I moved out. Her professionalism and... kindness made the whole experience even better.
I’ve seen some reviews mention concerns about public areas being crowded, but in my experience, it’s a first come, first-served setup and I never had any issues. Everyone I met was friendly and respectful.
Eden Ruby Lake is a beautiful and peaceful place it truly feels like home. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-managed community to live in.

internet nightmare
So 1 star for great location but lots of issues. Out of hand parties ...can't use the pool when other people have parties. DOG park out of service since last year when was told 30 days. nothing ever gets fixed here

management not helpful
At first this place was so nice now...it's falling apart from trash all over to broken doors. Tour yourself and ask to see the back entrance of the buildings. they are all un attended and full of trash and cigarette buds from smokers. Everything is seen by management because some live here and they do nothing to enforce rules. Residents don't care because management doesn't care. This is a perfect example of how a beautiful apartment building goes from 5 stars to a 1. Gates are broken once a... month. Parking is bad because of no rules for parking.They have a dog park that has a broken fence for months ... so you really can't use it because the dogs can get out if you don't have them on a leash.

No up keep safety issues
So I give it one star because of the great location to everything. but issues started after I signed the lease. Big parties all the time and they take up all the space at the pool so the residents can't use it. Trash is all over the property and the gates are always broken. There is nothing special about this place. I been here less then a year and regret moving here. The number one thing that bothers me is they tell you to report the issues so they can help but nothin happens.

not what I thought
No up keep at all. Gates chained up and broken all the time management is not helpful after you sign your lease. Pools are dirty. Not happy after living here for 3 months.
