I have lived in this complex for over a year and a half and have never once paid my rent late. Despite being a responsible tenant, I recently experienced something extremely frustrating and unfair. Out of nowhere, my car did not have permission to park here and had it towed without proper notice. As a result, I lost an entire day of work and had to pay $135 just to recover my own vehicle. Just a few days ago, they tried to charge me $100 because my door mat had some pet hair on it, something... that literally took two minutes to clean. It seems like they are very quick to create fees over minor things but when residents are seriously affected by situations like towing, suddenly it’s not important Situations like this show a serious lack of consideration for residents. After consistently paying rent on time, this is not how tenants should be treated. Because of experiences like this, I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I am honestly counting the days until my lease ends so I can move out.
