So far so good. Getting started was a pretty smooth process, staff helped a lot and made sure my questions were all answered. Move-in was smooth as well, they showed me the ropes and provided me with all the necessary documents and info I needed. Amenities are wonderful!

We are beyond happy about our choice to move here. It’s quiet, clean, and peaceful. I am so happy. We hunted for a place for weeks until we came across Avida. I am beyond obsessed with my kitchen and my husband about the huge master bathroom LOL. Carlos at the office was about phenomenal throughout the ENTIRE process. Extremely transparent. He was a key part in our decision. Management matters A LOT! So far? Nothing but responsive and we love it. THANKS AVIDA!

Overall loving the vibe here! Feels clean, new and like a new home for me. To be honest there is just a lot more space overall than I thought but it’s refreshing. I love the closet space , the amenities in the clubhouse and just the overall pricing was good too.
