I recently applied to the Avida property, after speaking with multiple leasing agents about my situation and told to move forward with the application. Upon submission I was instantly reject by their third-party system, RentGrow. I was then contacted by the property to tell me, I responded immediately and got a message from Carlos explaining a standard speal for the situation and directing me to contact RentGrow to dispute. I completed this and, in the meantime, explained to Carlos that I had... already spoken with agents was directed to apply then provide them the information, as well as asked for clarification on if his previous mention that after RentGrow finished the dispute I would need to re-apply AND that as a preferred employer the benefits actually only apply IF your approved so not only did they keep the application fee but also pay another and apply again. Then no response at all, ever. RentGrow took 15 days to complete their review and came back that their original report was incorrect. Nothing from the property, just an automated message from a third-party company. As others have said here the property and its staff have no concern that they are managing peoples housing, and can't fix their own mistakes (or even reply). I would highly advise staying away from this complex.

Pretty good so far. Anna in the office is very friendly and helpful. They allow pets. There are elevators. The office, gym, mailroom, etc are at the very front of the property which is not a pleasant walk in the heat but it’s only about 5 mins to walk there. The pool is very pretty though I have not used it yet.
