Really enjoy the ambience, facilities, walking track and my spacious apartment. My current lease run to mid November and subject to the proposed rent to renew I do intend on renewing :)

Upto now there is not much to experience but my upstairs neighbor like runs or walks really heavy all hours of the night, but other than that everyone more or less stays to their self
