Overall loving the vibe here! Feels clean, new and like a new home for me. To be honest there is just a lot more space overall than I thought but it’s refreshing. I love the closet space , the amenities in the clubhouse and just the overall pricing was good too.

The leasing office has been conducive, even before we moved in, and now that we’re settled in, we have no complaints! The maintenance team handled what we needed in a timely manner and the property is kept up super nicely.

Not the best parking situation, should be assigned so random people dont come and take parking….. Also at night the road is very loud with people racing and loud cars, there should be more police patrols around…. and lasty the pool area should be well guarded against random people who dont live here showing up and using it…..

My favorite memories thus far as a resident will always be the gatherings that get planned! Margarita Mixer was such a great idea and the timing was perfect! A drink by the pool with snacks and the sunset that evening was beautiful! Truly a 10/10
