My favorite memories thus far as a resident will always be the gatherings that get planned! Margarita Mixer was such a great idea and the timing was perfect! A drink by the pool with snacks and the sunset that evening was beautiful! Truly a 10/10

So far so good, been staying here for about a month now and we love it! I need to try all the amentities out soon but the gym is awesome & I love the package pickup process!

Amazing everyone was so helpful! We had no issues with anything. Very accommodating and willing to work with you. We moved from far away and felt like it was the easiest transition thanks to the Avida team.
