My husband and I have been living at Aurora on Trail for going on 3 years and it’s been an absolutely amazing experience. The property is regularly maintained, maintenance is friendly and efficient and the leasing office is always helpful. We plan on staying here for as long as we can before we buy our first home.

This is a fantastic place to live with very few drawbacks. The apartments are lovely, office staff is friendly, maintenance team is super responsive, however the hallways can get pretty noisy from other residents and people don’t pay attention to the valet trash rules.

I really can’t say enough good things about the office team here. When my lease renewal came up, I reached out to talk through a few things, and they were so understanding and willing to work with me. It’s super rare to find management that actually listens and cares about keeping good residents around instead of just treating you like an apartment number. Really happy to be staying!

There are some issues that they didn't fix before you moved. The maintenance request doesn't help to solve the problem. They don't do a diagnostic of the problem and just do something and close the ticket.
