Received multiple reminder messages via email and text to show for a showing today 12/22 at 2:30, no one was there, eventually a man came out 10 minutes later asking us what we wanted. After we told him about our appointment, he informed us that the person showing units went to lunch, and he was busy with a meeting. If this is how badly they treat prospective residents, I can't imagine how they are treating people contracted to live there. I think we dodged a bullet.

I do not recommend this apartment complex.One of their maintenance employees crashed a company golf cart into my parked car. Despite immediately reporting the incident and following all the required procedures, the management has refused to take responsibility for the damages caused by their own employee.

The most frustrating aspect is the complete lack of communication and professionalism. The office staff provides no contact information for supervisors or their insurance company, leaving... residents with no way to escalate serious issues. This place drains me. Several requests have been made regarding ongoing repairs needed, yet none have been resolved. I wish I could issue a zero rating.

Arium management company is awful. From my experience they buy the property, raise the rent an absurd amount, change all your utility payment platforms at least 2 times, poorly communicate about the myriad of “improvement projects” around the community and hugely inconvenience your life for at minimum 6 months. This complex was absolutely wonderful before they took over. If i knew it was going to be this bad i would never have resigned my lease. Management did nothing after I moved in and had numerous concerns, including cockroaches everywhere along with cockroach poop, and the "cleaning" service they hired before we moved was terrible. Management was dreadful, very rude and obnoxious. This apartment's only saving grace was Edwin. Oh, the gates are broken, and the kids are shouting all day! Save yourself and please do not move here.
