HOW TO APPLY: All adult occupants must complete a separate application on our website at To be considered for pre-approval, all adult applicants must submit an application and pay the non-refundable $75 application fee. Applications will not be reviewed until every adult occupant listed for the property has applied.
Once all applications are received, the best-qualified applicant(s) will be moved forward with a pre-approval. After pre-approval, a $225 Non-Refundable Administration Fee is required to proceed with the final approval process. All applicants must successfully pass the credit and background screening requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS: No evictions, no outstanding balance with a previous landlord, no bankruptcies, credit score must be higher than 500, household combined needs to be approximately 3 times the rent.

FEE'S OWED: First month's rent is due at move-in and security deposit due 48 hours after final approval. Minimum security deposit of $1600.

PET POLICY & FEES: Pet's must be approved during application process and applicant may be required to pay a non-refundable $250 pet fee and/or an additional pet deposit and an additional $25 pet rent. These fees are applied per pet. If you have more than 1 pet, it must get approved prior to you applying. Tenants must obtain renter's insurance specifying pet liability.
