I have resided at Maverick Trails Townhomes for four years and have had a consistently positive experience. The community is economically friendly, providing great value for the quality of living offered. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing environment. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
The staff, Melissa and Jessica are always pleasant and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. The... maintenance team is responsive and efficient, resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner. Additionally, I have not encountered any pest infestations during my time here, which speaks to the cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
Overall, I highly recommend Maverick Trails Townhomes to anyone seeking a comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained place to live.

DON'T RENT HERE
Do not rent here. Way too expensive! Supposed to send pest control every month, and we have only received it for one month. I clean our house daily with bleach and there are still roaches everywhere. The front office lady is rude, I think her name is Angie or something. Amanda is the nice one. They permanently lowered the renting price for all of the apartments but refuse to lower ours, we're even a military family. They charge $40 for a washer and dryer rental, which if you calculate is $480 or... something like that for the year which can buy you a brand new set for the same price. Just ridiculous here!

Really Happy With My Experience at Maverick Trail Townhomes
Excellent service from the office staff swayed my decision to rent at Maverick Trail Townhomes. They were polite, professional and efficient. Those ladies helped me to feel confident this was the right choice, and went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy here. Day 3 after move in my water heater springs a leak. It's 5 am and my living room carpet is soaked. I called emergency maintenance and they were at my apartment in a flash. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They... never hesitated in calling in the people to remove the water and had everything clean and my water heater working again in just a couple of hours. My building is very quiet and my neighbors are friendly. The neighborhood is clean and my son and I are very happy here. Thank You Maverick Trails team. We appreciate all you do to make this neighborhood great.

Drugs/Pedophiles/Robberies
I have lived here awhile and it gets worse daily. Cops are here often, there are always lots of people walking the yards and parking lots from 1am-4am. Cars have been broken into multiple times, belongings has been stolen right out of fenced back porches, lots of druggies visibly high and drunk like to hang out outside, motorcycles stolen on Christmas Eve, and the owners care nothing about the residents. They closed off the only easy walk for kids to get to school because people were constantly... dealing drugs at the back gate. The fantastic office manager is no longer there and that is why the crime rate is increasing rapidly. Now we have a different office manager every few weeks, because the owners chose to build over priced, 1-2 bedrooms next to a school (families need at least 3 bedrooms)that no one wants to rent. Not to mention the scenery is barely standing mobile homes and messy yards. There are a pile of homeless people living in the woods behind here as well as a large number of pedophiles. There are just so many sketchy people living here now. The only positive is the maintenance men are absolutely wonderful and are always so helpful.
