The rent price changes they charge fees for things you don’t use. They also do not give a bill to see why you are being charged fees. The internet they force you pay for is trash. Management is always sending out threatening emails about random things they can’t prove and threaten to close things and lock the gym up when we apparently pay to keep the lights on. I would not choose to live here.

Everybody their is polite. The swimming pool is amazing and fun along with the cornhole games they have. The apartments are beautiful. And it's pet friendly which makes it 10x better. I highly recommend this place!!!

Love the community as a whole, neighbors are friendly. The agents and maintenance crew are so helpful. Our 2nd home will be missed.

The maintenance guys are good with emergency calls & fixtures, especially Jarji. He explained what happened to my A/C and got it fixed. The new manager is polite when I met her, way better than the last manager that brushed me off. The complex can’t control the type of people that lives there but it’s quite where my building is at.
