We went on a tour before we moved in. Jason showed us the pool barbecue a grill, the gym, a dog park and a car wash. And a fire pit The grill doesn’t work has mildew and doesn’t work. The fire pit does not work. The pool does not work. They don’t even plan on fixing it. The gate never works. There is no dog park or car wash. It’s a water hose on a building. Management you can’t come to them with a problem because they don’t do anything about it. They’re just disrespectful and rude. They put on a... nice face so you can sign the lease but once you get into the apartment complex, their mood switches and everybody becomes disrespectful. You’re not a priority. You’re just a check.

Do not paid any fees, they take your money!!
Approximately 3 months ago I paid a quote for a 1-bedroom apartment, the total was $425, two days later they changed the reservation for a 3-bedroom apartment without my authorization, after multiple calls to the condominium without any response, they just said:i call you back!!! which they never did, I decided to cancel that application and I received an email more than 1 month ago saying that they were going to refund my money which they never did!!!

DO NOT COME HERE
DO NOT COME HERE. They bait you in with a cheaper deal you find online and when you get there " It's not available". They use a 3rd party program called "Snappt" which have you upload your documents for proof of income. Well the programs continuously errors out and you are not able to get approved because of this. Meanwhile they have your application fee and ran your credit already. I have been trying to get my application fee back and no one will even get back to me.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid moving in here at all costs! First thing first, this is not a gated community. I have lived here for over a year and the gate has been broken literally the entire time. They advertised that they had a computer and printer but again, that is not true. The printer has been “under maintenance” since January of last year. The pool is closed more than it is open and the hot tub is the same temperature as the pool with jets that don’t work at all. Maintenance workers are very nice but there is... only so much they can do and the company refuses to outsource for things they can’t fix themselves. We have an actual hole in our ceiling that leaks every time it rains. It started as a pin hole that dripped about three months ago but after multiple maintenance requests being ignored, it developed to a moldy hole in our ceiling that pours constantly with even the slightest rain. It is destroying out carpet and the damage continues to spread. Worst of all there is actual SEWER water coming out of a man hole in our parking lot. The smell is unbearable and it has been months since it was brought to their attention. They are currently offering two free months for new tenets. This is because EVERYONE who lives here is upset and refusing to re-sign a lease. Unless you are truly desperate for a place to live and don’t mind leaky ceilings and sewer water in the parking lot; do NOT move into this complex!
