My family and I lived at Biscayne Apartments for five years because our daughter attended the charter school nearby.

One of the biggest advantages of this community is its excellent location. Everything you need is just minutes away, including grocery stores, Home Depot, Starbucks, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, and many other everyday conveniences. It made our daily routine much easier.

Our experience was divided into two very different phases. During the first management team, communication... was difficult, and many maintenance issues inside our apartment were not addressed. Unfortunately, because we had already been living there for some time, some of those problems could not be fully corrected later.

However, after the management changed, our experience improved significantly. Cecilia and the entire office staff were always kind, professional, and willing to help whenever we needed assistance. I would also like to recognize the maintenance team, who were always respectful, responsive, and worked hard to improve the community and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Although our experience started with challenges, I truly appreciate the care and dedication shown by the current management. Thank you, Cecilia, and the maintenance team, for making our last years at Biscayne Apartments a much more positive experience.

Hidden fees,termites and German Roaches but the maintenance is done in a timely manner when requested

The property may not be as appealing on the outside but for the pricing and location you can look past the exterior. The interior layout is not bad at all. Very spacious area. Extra closet place throughout all floorplans. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The community does seem quiet.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. The apartment I rented was plagued with mold, which severely damaged all my furniture, clothing, and my child's clothing. Despite notifying management multiple times, the issue was not adequately addressed, forcing us to move out for the safety of our health.To make matters worse, the company has now reported me to the credit bureau, further compounding the stress of an already difficult situation. Poor plumbing system, no hot water in buildings at least 12 days out of the month... Luke warm the rest of the month; management recently sent email to all tenants asking for a FIVE STAR RATING in exchange for a CHANCE to win a $100. How PATHETIC!!!!! They have been aware of the plumbing problem for years, the rent goes up but no repairs are made.
