I have been living here for two months now. I love everything about it. I especially love the location for me and my two teens…it’s close to the High School, close to Northwest college, and Eglin AFB! The front office staff is also awesome…they are willing to help you in anyway they can. It’s a beautiful property with the best amenities. It deserves higher than 5 stars to be honest!

Perfect location and great amenities
Perfect location surrounded by a ton of sidewalks which make running and walking super easy and enjoyable. Great gym and pool too. The staff is incredible and always eager to assist in any way they can.

Wonderful Property
Just moved in and am already loving the apartment and all the amenities!! The pool is super relaxing and the dog park has more than enough space for my sweet dog to get her energy out!

Great Location and Staff
The staff are wonderful and the location is perfect for commuting around the niceville area. It is tucked away giving a sense of privacy but incredibly close to Major parkways. I have enjoyed my time there and any maintenance requests have been promptly taken care of.
