Great environment, great neighbors, great office and maintenance staff. Overall totally recommend. Everything is always clean and everyone is super friendly.

The four electric grills at the pool do not work or function properly. There is no butterfly machine for a chest workout in the gym. The exercise bikes do not have a digital display for time or range. The water fountains in the gym do not work. There is no trash can outside my building like the other buildings. The dog park is mostly dirt, so I can't take my dogs there without getting dirty. The dog grooming area does not have a blower or air dryer for the dogs. I moved into the Gathering March 23rd, 2026! All the staff were so professional, friendly and welcoming! The leasing agents have been so understanding of my physical disabilities and assured my reasonable accommodations are being met through the proper channels! They took the time to explain how they were being handled and followed up as needed in a timely manner!
The 3 maintenance men have also been wonderful with me! Sabin helped pick me up off the sidewalk when fell as I was coming into the... leasing office to complete the paperwork to move in!
