Moving In
Miguel is the absolute bestttttt. He made my move in process so smooth. His spirit made me feel at ease, and I feel so ecstatic to call The Avenue my new home!! It’s such a beautiful complex, quiet, and the amenities are what sold me!! Thank you so much Miguel!!!!

I love it here!!!!
Omg, I love it here! From my very first tour, the customer service was outstanding. The young lady who gave me my tour last week Thursday (I wish I remembered her name, she has a short hair cut and I remember her telling me she loves dogs) was incredibly friendly, thorough, and answered every question. She made me feel welcomed and never rushed me, which honestly is rare in south florida.
When I came back today, Miguel greeted us with the biggest smile and he has such a great personality. Both... of them made the entire leasing experience easy and enjoyable. I toured another apartment nearby, but the customer service didn’t compare. The amazing staff here is exactly why I chose The Avenue over any other apartment in Homestead!

Amazing Tour!
The leasing office staff was amazingly friendly. I felt welcomed and they explained everything thoroughly that it left me with no questions to ask.
They showed me the exact apartment that I would be moving into if i was approved and it looked like no one had ever lived there. The pool was clean, the clubhouse was clean. The application process was easy going and quick. Can’t wait to be a resident!
