If you have any respect for yourself at all, DON'T!!
Pool is closed on Sunday and every day after 5, never allowed to have birthday parties, etc. Bees, Palmettos, Wasps, and black mold in the walls. Pipes are so old, black soot in your shower. The trees will vomit sticky black all over your car, you will never get a car port, no matter what they tell you. Old yellow cabinets and tiny toilets. Penicillin in the HVAC. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere but here.

To expensive for that
the surroundings are terrible, paint is needed and they clean, the parking lots are completely full and garbage by some. They are very expensive for what you see.
