Marea is a beautiful, modern, well maintained clean complex. It’s peaceful, cannot hear through the walls. Love the food trucks when you get home from work. If you have a dog they will have lots of playmates.

Absolutely love living here! The complex is elegant, spotless, and full of good energy. The design is upscale throughout, the pool is stunning, and maintenance is always quick and professional. Pure luxury living.

Marea is a nice apartment community for the mostpart, still fairly new and well maintained. But some things are changing. Dogs at the pool, vaping at the pool (supposed to be smokefree ), residents not cleaning up after their dogs (alot), newer younger residents literally screaming in the hallways at night, alot of door slamming (management has made attempts to address this but as usual many people don't care). Pricey so if you want to live in a place where neighbors respect each other and care... about following the rules, you might check around. Hoping management can resolve these issues - it is a nice place with a good location.
