my dog has been loves living here she loves to play in the park catching her frisbee or laying out on the balcony watching the people go by. it's a great community rather quiet and close to many things.

Amazing Living, Great Location
Absolutely loved living here, I have been a resident for over a year and love the amazing amenities and friendly leasing office staff. Always having resident events and food trucks! Never experienced any maintenance issues in my apartment and loved the comfortable vibe. 100% recomend making legacy your new home.

I regret renting here. You will too.
I've had plumbing issues since the day I arrived two months ago. Management insists I'm the problem. Maintenance has been out three times to auger an obstruction in the toilet, then told me they're going to start charging me if maintenance has to come out again. So I bought an auger and have had to clear my toilet twice myself. Given these problems, isn't it logical that I'm exceedingly careful not to overstuff my toilet, as though a grown man who has owned and rented many other residences... without a single incident is all of a sudden flushing masses of TP?

We have completed service on your toilet several times and are working with you and an outside vendor on more solutions. Our maintenance team works diligently to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and effective manner, and we are sorry that you have not had a positive experience with them. We will be sure to discuss this with them and address any concerns.
Regarding the charge for maintenance visits, we do have a policy in place to charge for excessive maintenance requests. However, we understand your concerns and will be happy to discuss this with you in more detail. Please contact our office team at your earliest convenience to discuss this further.

Gorgeous community!
We recently went to tour Legacy Naples and LOVED it! The clubhouse is stunning and the amenities they offer are amazing! They have a rock climbing wall, lounge areas, coworking space and the pool in unbelievable. The staff is super friendly and have been helpful to answer all of our questions so far, we cannot wait to move here!
