I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The complex is well maintained, management is easy to communicate with, and my maintenance requests are handled quickly. I also always feel safe here, which is so valuable to me. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

I recently moved in, and the entire process was seamless and efficient. Liz, the leasing agent, was instrumental in making the experience smooth and stress-free. After settling in, I had the opportunity to work with Diony from maintenance, and I must say, it was one of the best service interactions I’ve had. He was incredibly polite and diligent in addressing my concerns. I also appreciated the warm welcome from the property manager, Dania, who introduced herself and took the time to make me... feel at home. The entire staff has been exceptionally friendly, and it’s one of my favorite aspects of living here.

Another highlight is the location—it’s perfectly situated right in the heart of town and offers quick access to the highway. Everything I need is less than 10 minutes away, including Publix, Walmart, and even an Amazon warehouse. I also love the balcony, which provides a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
