I have been renting rooms for 19 years. I do a month to month lease. You can move at any time with 30 days notice. I've had people live here from seasonal 6 months to 7 1/2 years. House is currently occupied by 57 year old female Owner, 58 year old male, and 32 year old male. Seniors welcome. Smoking is ok, but not in house, only on lanai's. Alcohol in moderation or not at all. And also a drug free household. Only exception is a Current, Legal, State of Florida issued Medical Card. This is ok, in moderation. MY BROTHER DIED IN 2024 DUE TO ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE, AT 53 YEARS OLD. I CAN'T DEAL WITH THAT ANYMORE.

Calm House, but fun. No drama. This private bedroom/bathroom is located at the front of the house. BEDROOM: Full Size bed, 100% Cotton sheets, 50" Internet ready Sony Bravia TV on a pull out, fully movable wall mount bracket, 2 hang bars in closet, light switch and light in closet, extra storage shelf above top hang bar in closet, private Frigidaire refrigerator, private microwave, 16" floor fan, all bedding and towels supplied by Owner. Curtains on the window and the French Doors are all Room Darkening curtains. Ceiling fan is completely controlled by remote. There is also a folding leg table in the bedroom to use. The legs fold in and it stores on the side of the refrigerator out of the way. The rug is machine washable and will fit in my machines. I have done everything possible to hook up these spaces. If you can think of anything else, please let me know.
FRONT LANAI: Has a 43" Fire TV for watching football or whatever, new cushions on furniture, seating for 6. Smoking OK outside of house.
Owner runs the dishwasher. Just rinse off your plates, etc, and put them in the dishwasher. Owner also empties dishwasher for everyone.

Kitchen and Laundry rooms have motion activated lighting. Walk into the laundry room and the light automatically turns on, conveniently when your hands are full. All upper cabinets in the Kitchen have motion sensor under lighting. Also, the main light in the kitchen is on a dimmer switch, like the lights in the hallway. There is also a top of the line Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer, Toaster Oven in the kitchen. It even cooks steaks and rotisserie chicken in it.
This house has 5 Refrigerators and 6 TV's. Your private refrigerator and microwave are for your convenience. Full 24 access to kitchen and all common areas. If you would like a coffee pot in your bedroom, I'll buy one for you. However, there is always coffee ready in the kitchen. Looking for a Respectful person.
I run my house like a Family. We all get along and help each other out. Very friendly place.
No pets, as there is a 21 year old female cat, a 13 year old male cat, and a 6 year old male Hermann's Tortoise at the house.
