I loved living at Epic Residences! Zamira was so helpful from the start and I couldn't have chose a better place to move when I moved to Florida. Unfortunately, I have to move out because we have a home now. I'm going to miss the coffee and the common space and the staff so much.

Loved living here!
Everyone was kind and helpful, the maintenance team was always there quickly when needed, the leasing office was the best (shout out Zamira) and we loved the area, our appt was nice and the pool area was also great! :)

Love it here!
Epic Residences has seriously been the best move I’ve made. The place is super clean and stylish, and the location couldn’t be better. But what really makes it stand out is the staff—they’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to take care of anything that comes up. It’s just an all-around great vibe.
