No Pets & No Smoking (Strictly enforced).

Single-Family Occupancy Only: Absolutely no live-in guests or unregistered occupants. Anyone not explicitly listed on the lease may not stay at the home for more than one (1) week.

Vehicle Restrictions: Boats, RVs, or additional vehicles may not be parked or stored anywhere on the property or on the street in front of the home.

Rent Collection: Rent is strictly due on the first (1st) of every month. A late fee will be applied for each day rent is late thereafter, followed immediately by eviction filings.

Applicant Requirements & Screening Criteria
We strictly abide by all Fair Housing Laws. To be considered, all applicants must undergo a comprehensive screening process:

Credit & Background: Full credit report and score check, alongside a nationwide eviction and criminal background check.

Verifiable History: Minimum of 2 years of consistent income/employment history and 2 years of positive residential history.

Move-in Costs: 1 full month's rent ($2,150) + Security Deposit ($2,150) due in advance on the move-in date. The formal lease contract will be signed on the day of move-in. The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of the lease if the home is clean, in its original condition, and all contracts have been followed.
