I have only been here for about a month, but so far, I have no complaints. Spacious (if not otherwise fairly average) apartments with pricing pretty standard for a decent apartment in Miami. The apartment I rented was very clean, with free fumigation services monthly. Maintenance and other issues are addressed promptly. Nice pool and weight room. Plenty of parking. Convenient location. Plus, they allow cats (sorry, no doggies). Very happy to be settled here.

The Grooves at Sunset
The one bedroom one bathroom apartments are pretty spacious, 850 square feet. The kitchen is way too small though, and the bathroom a bit narrow. Management is very helpful and quick to fix any problem. Fixtures and appliances are outdated but in good working condition. But for this and the smallness of the kitchen I would have given them 5 stars.
